Our LW35-126 series self-blast SF6 circuit breakers are three-pole outdoor AC high-voltage apparatus designed for control and protection in 126kV power transmission and distribution systems, featuring advanced self-blast technology.

• Rated voltage of 126kV with rated current of 3150A; rated short-circuit breaking current up to 40kA with peak withstand current up to 100kA for robust fault interruption.

• Self-blast arc-quenching principle offers simple structure, compact size, low operating energy, high reliability, easy installation, and low noise levels.

• Mechanical endurance of 3000 operations with SF6 gas annual leakage rate ≤1%; moisture content ≤150ppm for long-term reliability.

• Rated line-charging breaking current of 8A; rated out-of-phase breaking current of 12kA; first-pole-to-clear factor of 1.5.

• Main circuit resistance ≤45μΩ; contact travel of 150±4mm with over-travel of 25±3mm; cumulative breaking operations at rated short-circuit current of 20 times.

• Adaptable to harsh environments with altitude up to 3000m, temperature from -30°C to +40°C, seismic intensity ≤9 degrees, and air pollution severity Class III.

Overview

The LW35-126 is a three-pole, outdoor, AC high-voltage SF₆ circuit breaker designed for 50Hz power transmission and distribution systems. It is used for making and breaking rated currents, fault currents, and for line switching to provide protection, control, and operation of the system. The breaker is capable of three-pole opening, closing, and high-speed auto-reclosing operations.

Featuring advanced design principles, it offers a simple structure, compact size, reduced material usage, low required operating energy, high reliability, easy installation, and low noise levels. It represents a new generation of high-voltage SF₆ circuit breakers.
