Products Description
Continuously Transposed Conductors (CTC) are engineered for high-performance transformer windings. They consist of multiple enameled flat wires arranged in a two-column matrix and are manufactured through precision transposition weaving and specialized insulation wrapping processes. This product is primarily used in windings for large oil-immersed power transformers, reactors, and high-capacity dry-type transformers.
The use of CTC significantly increases winding space utilization, optimizes overall transformer structure, reduces overall size and cost, and effectively suppresses circulating and eddy current losses caused by leakage magnetic fields. Additionally, CTC offers high mechanical strength, simplified winding processes, and shorter production cycles, making it a key material for enhancing transformer efficiency and reliability.
