Core Advantages and Features
1. Flexible Deployment and High Reliability:
- Employs a single-phase modular design, facilitating transportation, installation, and on-site assembly. Especially advantageous for projects in mountainous, remote, or other locations with challenging access.
- In the event of a single-unit failure, a standby phase can be rapidly activated, or temporary "two-phase operation" can be implemented, ensuring exceptionally high system power supply redundancy and availability.
2. Excellent Electrical Performance:
- High-Voltage Side: Standard phase voltages cover (500/√3) kV to (550/√3) kV, compatible with system line voltages from 500kV to 550kV. Features a wide off-circuit tap-changing range of ±2×2.5% to accommodate grid voltage fluctuations.
- Low-Voltage Side: Offers multiple voltage options from 13.8kV to 27kV to meet various distribution voltage requirements.
- Low-Loss Design: No-load current is as low as 0.12%-0.16%. Both no-load and load losses are optimized, ensuring outstanding life cycle energy efficiency.
- Standardized Impedance: Short-circuit impedance is appropriately designed (14%-18%), effectively limiting short-circuit currents and ensuring system stability.
3. Standardization and Compatibility:
- Utilizes the Ii0 standard vector group. As single-phase units, they can be flexibly combined to form three-phase transformer banks, accommodating various system connection schemes.
- The capacity series ranges from 100 MVA to 484 MVA, providing a complete gradient for easy project selection and capacity matching.
