FBRG-40.5kV Composite Housing Feed-Through Bushing

The FBRG-40.5kV series composite housing feed-through bushings are designed for medium and high-voltage power transmission and distribution systems. They are suitable for substations, switchgear, and outdoor equipment connections at a rated voltage of 40.5 kV. Featuring a high-performance silicone rubber composite housing, the bushings offer excellent hydrophobicity, pollution flashover resistance, and weather ability. They are designed for reliable long-term operation in harsh outdoor environments at altitudes up to 1000 meters.

This series covers a current range from 630 A to 6300 A. All variants feature a lightning impulse withstand voltage of 200 kV, a power frequency withstand voltage of 95 kV, and a partial discharge level controlled within 10 pC, ensuring reliable insulation performance. The bushings have a compact overall design, with installation lengths optimized according to current rating, facilitating easy system integration and spatial arrangement.
