CBRG-40.5 Series Dry-Type Capacitive Porcelain-Insulated Transformer Bushing (Through-Rod Type)
The CBRG-40.5 series is a high-performance dry-type capacitive transformer bushing designed for 40.5kV power systems, featuring a through-rod construction and porcelain external insulation. It offers excellent electrical performance, mechanical strength, and long-term reliability in harsh outdoor environments.
With a unified creepage distance of 1256 mm and an altitude suitability of up to 1000 m, this series is designed to withstand severe pollution and climatic conditions. Each bushing is tested to ensure a power frequency withstand voltage of 95 kV and a lightning impulse withstand voltage of 200 kV. Partial discharge is maintained below 10 pC at 1.5 Um/√3 kV, and the dielectric dissipation factor (tanδ) is kept within a stable and low range, ensuring operational safety and system stability.
Available in multiple current ratings from 630 A to 4000 A, the CBRG-40.5 series is suitable for a wide range of high-voltage applications, including power transformers, GIS, switchgear, and renewable energy plants.
