Product Overview

The ZN63(VS1)-12 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switching device with a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV. It serves as a protection and control unit for power equipment in industrial and mining enterprises. The circuit breaker features an integrated design of a spring operating mechanism and the breaker main body. It can be used both as a fixed-installation unit and as a withdrawable truck unit when assembled with a chassis.

Normal Service Conditions

1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, and the daily average temperature shall not exceed +35°C. The minimum ambient air temperature is -15°C. The influence of solar radiation is negligible.

2. Altitude not exceeding 1000 m.

3. Vibrations or movements from outside the switchgear and controlgear are not significantly related to the normal operation of the equipment.

4. The ambient air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, or salt mist.

5. Humidity Conditions

- The average value of the relative humidity measured over a 24-hour period does not exceed 95%;

- The average value of the water vapor pressure measured over a 24-hour period does not exceed 2.2 kPa;

- The monthly average value of the relative humidity does not exceed 90%;

- The monthly average value of the water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8 kPa;

Condensation may occasionally occur under these conditions.

For use exceeding the normal service conditions, the permissible limits and technical measures shall be agreed upon between the user and the manufacturer.
