Product Overview
The FZW32-12/40.5kV Outdoor High-voltage Disconnecting Vacuum Load Break Switch (hereinafter referred to as the Load Switch) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical apparatus manufactured by our company. Having undergone rigorous type tests and long-term trial operation assessments, all technical performance indicators fully comply with the GB3804 and IEC standards. It is suitable for use in power supply networks with a rated voltage of 40.5kV, a rated current of 1250A, and three-phase AC 50Hz.

Product Description
1. Employs vacuum arc extinction, with no explosion hazard and no need for maintenance.
2. The disconnecting blade is interlocked with the three-phase vacuum interrupters, providing a clear isolating gap in the open position.
3. All components of the housing are made of stainless steel. The base frame is constructed from stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized carbon steel coated with UV-resistant paint, ensuring reliable operation in outdoor environments.
4. The mounting method is primarily double-pole type with motor operation. Electric or remote control operation is also available.
5. High breaking capacity, safe and reliable, long electrical life, suitable for frequent operation.
6. Widely applicable for distribution line upgrades in rural, urban, and railway networks.
Operating Principle
- The load switch consists of two main components: the disconnecting blade and the vacuum interrupters. The disconnecting blade provides insulation during closing and opening operations, while the vacuum interrupters are responsible for arc extinction.
- The disconnecting blade is closed by a spring toggle mechanism. The toggle spring supplies the energy required for closing the blade and ensures the vacuum interrupters quench the arc during opening without being affected by human factors. During the opening process of the disconnecting blade, a quick-acting mechanism provides the opening speed for the interrupters. The three-phase interlocked operation of the disconnecting blade ensures the periodic opening of the interrupters.
