Product Overview

The FLW36-12/24/40.5 type pole-mounted outdoor load break switch is suitable for making and breaking load currents and overload currents in distribution networks with rated voltages of 12/24/40.5kV, a rated current of 630A, and 50/60Hz. It can automatically isolate faulty sections of the distribution line. The switch is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic controller, allowing for manual operation, motor operation, and remote operation. The electronic controller is housed in a stainless steel enclosure, suitable for use in various climatic conditions. Furthermore, wired and wireless modems can be installed within the enclosure to enable remote monitoring and control.

Product Features

1. SF6 gas is a non-toxic, non-flammable electrical insulating gas with excellent arc-quenching characteristics.

2. In addition to standard ceramic bushings, multiple options are available, including rubber insulators on environmentally friendly apparatus bushings.

3. The color-coded main contact position indicator (green-open, red-closed) is easily visible from the ground. This indicator is directly connected to the main contact drive shaft assembly, ensuring accurate display of the contact status.

4. A spring-energy storage operating mechanism ensures rapid closing and opening operations (less than 100 milliseconds).

5. Equipped with an electronic controller for local operation or master console operation via an FTU interface.

6. The switch is constructed from proven, robust, and corrosion-resistant materials (warship-grade 304L1 stainless steel plate), ensuring a long service life (30 years) and the capability to perform a series of operations, embodying ideal characteristics for pole-mounted equipment.

7. Each switch is factory-filled with SF6 gas, sealed, and tested in accordance with IEC 60265-1 (1988) and GB3804-1990 standards.
