TYD35 Series 35-220kV Multi-Voltage Capacitive Voltage Transformer

Capacitor Voltage Transformers are widely used in AC power systems for measurement, control, protection, and high-frequency carrier communication applications.

Capacitor Voltage Transformers consist of a capacitive voltage divider and an electromagnetic unit.

The electromagnetic unit features a fully sealed structure. Its tank houses a medium-voltage transformer, a compensating reactor, and a damping device. The insulating oil used is premium mineral oil, and the secondary terminal block is epoxy-cast or molded from SMC material, effectively preventing leakage. When required by the user, the accuracy of the Capacitor Voltage Transformer can be adjusted on-site.

The capacitive voltage divider is composed of a high-voltage capacitor and a medium-voltage capacitor. The capacitors are of a fully sealed structure, with their internals formed by connecting numerous identical capacitor elements in series, all housed within an insulating enclosure. The solid dielectric material consists of refined polypropylene film and paper composite, impregnated with premium synthetic insulating oil. The capacitors undergo thorough drying and vacuum impregnation treatment.
