Polyimide Film Insulated Wires

Polyimide film-wrapped wire is produced from oxygen-free copper rods or electrical round aluminum rods through extrusion or drawing using specific molds, followed by annealing and uniform wrapping of 2–3 layers of polyimide film as the insulation layer. This product offers excellent voltage resistance and a thin insulation structure, with a heat resistance class up to 220°C. It is mainly used in windings for motors, reactors, welding machines, and similar electrical equipment. The core conductor is made of extruded bare copper (aluminum) electrical wire.

- Aluminum Flat Wire: Narrow Side 1.0–8.0 mm | Wide Side 3.0–25.0 mm

- Copper Flat Wire: Narrow Side 0.9–60.0 mm | Wide Side 2.0–16.0 mm

Electrical Performance (Enterprise Standard)

- Two-layer polyimide self-locking wrapping: Insulation thickness 0.15 mm (±0.03 mm), Minimum breakdown voltage ≥6000 V

- Two-layer polyimide reverse-direction lap wrapping: Insulation thickness 0.15 mm (±0.03 mm), Minimum breakdown voltage ≥6000 V

- Three-layer polyimide reverse-direction lap wrapping: Insulation thickness 0.23 mm (±0.03 mm), Minimum breakdown voltage ≥7000 V
